I Feel Like Dropping 20 Songs This Month – Shatta Wale

Shatta Wale is simply a genius among his colleague musicians when it comes to song release(s). In the year 2016, Shatta Wale released a whopping number of 107 tracks which comes with hit songs as well. Namely, Mahama Paper, Chop Kiss, Obordorbidi, Fe Di Money, Mahama vrs Nana Addo, Champion, Others.

This was an awesome and unprecedented achievement in the history of Ghana music. Ghanaians thought what Wale did was a camouflage and as a result he can’t continue in 2017 as his verses are all consumed. A new year has come (2017) and the man Shatta Wale is still releasing songs barely every week.

In a Facebook post today by Charles Nii Armah Mensah Jr or better still Shatta Wale opined that he feel like dropping 20 songs in the month of May, 2017.

 

Now, who dares to challenge the man who says he has an overdose of songs in his genes. We do believe he can do even more. After all, we’re in the fifth month of 2017 and he has released more than 17 songs with his Taking Over track featuring Captan, Addi Self and Joint 77 can be heard in the speakers of majority of Ghanaians everywhere you go.
